  • Willingness Test within 24 hours
  • Assessment Meeting usually within 5 working days
  • CLS APP7 forms completed promptly
  • Full-time team of administrators to answer any phone calls
  • Regular reports to Solicitors on mediation progress
  • Professional and efficient service
  • Focus on minimising delay and helping clients reach proposals

Where possible, prior to drawing up the final proposals we suggest clients take legal and/or other professional advice on the outline proposals discussed.

We developed our service standard in 2006 and have kept to it since. This has helped us build our practice from a standing start in 2006 to become one of the largest legal aid mediation services in the country (souce: LSC audit).
