For Solicitors and other professionals:

Our service standard promise to solicitors and their clients:

  1. Referrals acknowledged immediately
  2. We immediately contact the client to offer an appointment - we can usually set up a MIAM within 5 working days.
  3. All Finance and Property clients asked to take legal advice before and during mediation 
  4. Draft financial and option statements prepared to enable clients to take legal advice during mediation
  5. Full-time team of in-house experienced administrators to answer phone calls and deal with client queries

We ask clients to take legal advice before and during their mediation. Prior to drawing up the final proposals we always strongly suggest clients take legal and/or other professional advice on the outline proposals discussed.

We developed our service standard in 2006 and have kept to it since. This has helped us build our practice from a standing start in 2006 to become one of the largest legal aid mediation services in the country (souce: Legal Aid Agency audit).
